She is affectionately known as just Q, as she will tell you. The reason is that she is very aware that God can use anyone and does so quite often. She grew up on the east side of Detroit, surrounded by a loving family that introduced her to the Love of Christ and the importance of endurance. She would need these things as the trials and tribulations came and went, along with how her faith came and went. With the unfailing love of Jesus Christ, life experiences and testimonies, she helps support others to do the same. She is an Ordained Minister, Licensed Christian Life Coach, and Overseer of virtual bible study outreach ministry that equip men and women around the country to reach their full potential in Christ.
Therapists tend to focus more on the past or present while coaches tend to focus on the present and the future. Even though past hurt or situations will come up, a coach navigates them differently. Therapy focuses on “why” certain behavior patterns occur, and coaches work on “how” to work toward a goal. Therapy is “why” am I here and coaching is we will work together to make a plan not to “stay” here.
